These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ruthimg.com, our AI image generation services, tools, features, and any related content (collectively, the “Service”). By using Ruthimg, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t, don’t use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Check back periodically—the date above tells you when we last updated.
1. Who We Are & Eligibility
Ruthimg is operated by Ruthimg Team, an independent platform built for fearless creators.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. If under 18 (or applicable age of majority), you need parental/guardian consent and supervision.

2. Your Inputs & Our Outputs
- Inputs: You provide text prompts, uploaded references, or settings (“Inputs”). You represent that your Inputs don’t violate laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.
- Outputs: The AI-generated images, variations, or assets (“Outputs”) are created based on your Inputs.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibitions
Generate fearlessly—but responsibly.
You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes (e.g., deepfakes to mislead/harm, harassment, child exploitation material, spam).
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent Outputs as non-AI (where disclosure is required by law, e.g., EU AI Act synthetic content rules).
- Circumvent safety measures (if any) or generate prohibited content.
We may refuse generations, remove content, or suspend access for violations. We don’t actively moderate every prompt but reserve the right to act.
4. Ownership & Rights
- You retain ownership of your Inputs.
- Subject to these Terms, you own the Outputs you generate (to the extent copyright or other IP rights exist under applicable law). Ruthimg assigns to you any rights we might hold in Outputs.
- Commercial use: You may use, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercialize Outputs freely (e.g., in marketing, merchandise, NFTs, stock, publications), provided you comply with laws and don’t misrepresent Outputs as human-created where prohibited.
- Our license to you: We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Service for personal and commercial purposes as intended.
- Your license to us: By using the Service, you grant Ruthimg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, modify, and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Service (e.g., debugging, analytics, safety monitoring). We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train or fine-tune models unless you explicitly opt in via a separate feature (if offered).
Note: Under current law (US/EU), purely AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright without meaningful human authorship. Our assignment covers whatever rights exist.
5. Synthetic Content Transparency
Outputs are AI-generated. Where required by law (e.g., EU AI Act transparency obligations effective 2026), you must disclose that content is synthetic when publishing or sharing (especially if realistic and could mislead on important matters). We may add metadata/watermarks to Outputs where technically feasible.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service (code, models, UI, branding) is owned by Ruthimg or licensors. You get no ownership rights except the Output license above. Don’t remove attributions or misuse our trademarks.
7. Disclaimers & No Warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties—express, implied, statutory—including accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or fitness for purpose. Outputs may contain errors, artifacts, biases, or unexpected results. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruthimg is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, emotional distress) arising from your use of the Service—even if advised of the possibility.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ruthimg harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your Inputs, Outputs, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms (including third-party IP claims related to your content).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may terminate or suspend access for any reason, especially violations. Upon termination, your license ends, but Output ownership (as assigned) remains yours.
11. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These Terms (plus Privacy Policy) are the full agreement.
- Severability: Invalid provisions don’t affect the rest.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce doesn’t waive rights.
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent.
