1. AI-Generated Content Is Not Reality.

Images created on Ruthimg are synthetic interpretations produced by artificial intelligence based on your prompts (and sometimes reference materials). They are:

Creative simulations, not photographs, eyewitness records, or factual depictions.
Capable of containing inaccuracies, artifacts, anatomical oddities, logical inconsistencies, or “hallucinations” (elements that don’t align with real-world physics, history, or biology).
Potentially biased, stereotypical, surreal, disturbing, or provocative—depending on the prompt.

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, safety, or appropriateness of any generated image. What you prompt is what the model attempts to visualize—fearlessly—but the result remains algorithmic art, not documented truth.

2. No Professional, Legal, Medical, Financial, or Expert Advice.

Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, third-party rights (copyright, trademark, personality rights, privacy), and platform policies (e.g., social media, stock sites, print-on-demand).

While Ruthimg grants you broad rights to use your generations (per our Terms of Service), we make no warranty that outputs are free of third-party claims, copyright issues, or unintended similarities to existing works. AI models are trained on vast public data—coincidental resemblance is possible.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Ruthimg, its creators, affiliates, and service providers disclaim all warranties—express, implied, statutory—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use (or inability to use) the Service, including lost profits, data loss, emotional distress, or legal consequences from generated content.
Our total liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or $100 if no payment was made).

This limitation applies even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Potential for Offensive or Disturbing Content

Because Ruthimg allows fearless prompting, generations may include mature, violent, explicit, politically charged, culturally sensitive, or otherwise disturbing themes. We provide minimal content filters by design—viewer discretion is strongly advised. If something offends or upsets you, it reflects the prompt, not an endorsement by us.
